Not only is Lyle nice and a go-getter – but he also holds himself with high integrity. He does not buy or sell property for his own benefit – but for the client only. Many agents I know are in the market for themselves and then pass off the ‘seconds’ to the consumers. Lyle helped me list and close one commerical warehouse for $695,000. Within a few days, we had an offer on the table and negotiated back and forth a number of times – creatively – and now we’re occupying the amazing space – with a VERY low mortgage due to the tenants paying of it. Terrific purchase. Thanks to Lyle thinking creatively – I’d have never looked at it – and few agents would think to as well.
