In 1994, Wynden passed the Washington State Real Estate exam, just before graduating high school. Following high school, he attended Skagit Valley Community College to study Real Estate Law. For 6 years, Wynden worked under several Real Estate Brokers, including Ron DeBoer & Karen Timmer, at Century 21 in Lynden. Wa. In 1999, that office was bought by Windermere Whatcom, Dan Washburn, where Wynden continues to sell Real Estate. In 2001, Wynden began managing Brokers for Windermere and continues to enjoy hiring and helping Brokers reach their sales goals. With a sales background in residential, commercial, business opportunities, and development properties, Wynden has helped clients achieve their diverse real estate goals. He helped develop marketing and management plans for large residential projects in Whatcom County including, DR Horton and Homestead NW. Wynden was elected to the NWMLS Board of Directors (MLS serving the Greater Seattle Area) in 2003, representing Whatcom, Skagit, and Island counties until 2008. Wynden earned his Certificate of Instruction in Washington state to teach Continuing Clock Hour courses. In 2019, he joined Rob Washburn in ownership of Windermere Whatcom. Wynden and his wife, Jayme, raise their 5 children in Lynden, Wa.
